PREETMOHINDER SINGH WADHWA , also known as "Preet" is the President and founder of WADHWA LAW OFFICE PROFESSIONAL COPRORATION. He is also known amongst his friends by the name of “Preet”. Preet studied English Literature, History and Political Science during his undergraduate study at Punjabi University in India. Preet completed his Law School and got his LL.B degree also from Punjabi University in India. After moving to Canada, Preet passed his NCA exams to get a Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada and then passed his Bar exams to become a licensed lawyer in Ontario. Preet also completed the Law Practice Program (LPP) from Ryerson University, Toronto as a part of the licensing process. Preet was called to The Bar of Ontario in January 2017. Prior to starting his own Law Office, Preet articled with a Law Firm in Toronto.

 

Preet has experience in court appearances at various levels in both civil and criminal matters and has successfully represented clients in Court of Appeal for Ontario and Superior Court of Justice in Ontario along with Licence Appeal Tribunal of Ontario and Ontario Court of Justice. He has successfully handled various Real Estate transactions involving the sale and purchase of residential properties along with handling commercial real estate transactions including assets purchase and commercial property purchase along with purchase of new houses from builders as well as condominiums.

Preet prefers to be very open with his clients regarding their cases and discusses all options with them. Preet updates his clients at regular intervals and also tries his best to be accessible to his clients. Preet explains to his client's possible legal issues they may encounter and gets instructions from them. Preet is practical, dedicated and aims at getting the desired results for his clients. Preet believes in hard work, sets his goals makes his best efforts towards the achievement of those goals. Outside his office, Preet enjoys spending quality time with his family along with travelling to different and new places.
